BRITISH CAVE RESEARCH ASSOCIATION
The British Cave Research Association is a UK registered charity, and a constituent body of the British Caving Association, undertaking charitable activities on behalf of BCA. BCRA's object is to promote the study of caves and associated phenomena. It attains this object by supporting cave & karst research; by encouraging original exploration (both in the UK and on expeditions overseas); by collecting and publishing speleological information; maintaining a library; and organising educational and scientific conferences and meetings.

Shropshire Mines Trust
We were set up as a charitable Trust in March 1996 to preserve the Tankerville Mine near Pennerley but we have since expanded our interests to cover the whole of Shropshire. Our members are made up of mining historians and local people with an interest in their mining remains. In 2005 we formed a limited company but the old unlimited Trust continues and owns all our artifacts and records.
