These bibliographies and the notes that accompany them have been prepared to aid the economical geologist in his study of ore deposits. Ridge has tried to include all ore districts in the Western Hemisphere for which sufficient material is available in print to permit a student to obtain a good understanding of the deposits. As many references as possible in languages other than English have been included.
